Our Current Project

1. Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project ("MRT Project")

MRT Kajang Line (previously known as Sg Buloh-Kajang Line or MRT Line 1)

DanaInfra’s primary role upon its incorporation is to secure and manage the funding for the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit –Kajang Line (previously known as Sg Buloh-Kajang Line or MRT Line 1). DanaInfra’s overriding objective would be to minimise the impact of funding large infrastructure development on the Government’s overall fiscal position.

MRT Kajang Line has completed and fully commenced its operation on 17 July 2017.

MRT Putrajaya Line (previously known as Sg Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line or MRT Line 2)

In December 2014, DanaInfra was further mandated to undertake funding of MRT Putrajaya Line (previously known as Sg Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line or MRT Line).

As at 31 October 2022, the progress of MRT Putrajaya Line Project for Phase 1 and Phase 2 is 100% and 99.76% respectively. Phase 1 has commenced operation on 16 June 2022 whilst Phase 2 is targeted to operate in January 2023.

2. Pan Borneo Highway Project Sarawak (Phase 1) ("Pan Borneo Sarawak Project")

In July 2015, DanaInfra was mandated to undertake fundraising exercise to part-finance the construction of Pan Borneo Sarawak Highway (Phase 1) of up to RM13 billion with Government Guarantee.

As at 25 November 2022, the progress of Pan Borneo Sarawak Project is 89.98% with target completion date by July 2023.

3. Light Rail Transit Line 3 Project ("LRT 3 Project")

In January 2021, DanaInfra was mandated to undertake fundraising exercise to part-finance the construction of LRT 3 of up to RM7.6 billion with Government Guarantee.

As at 31 October 2022, the progress of LRT 3 Project is 78.15% with target completion date by 28 February 2024.
