Datin Rashidah Mohd Sies

Datin Rashidah Mohd Sies was appointed to the Board on 4 May 2021. She is currently the Deputy Secretary General of Treasury Office (Management), Ministry of Finance. Presently, she sits on the Board of Technology Depository Agency Berhad (TDA), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), TRX City Sdn Bhd, PR1MA Corporation Malaysia, SRC International Sdn Bhd, Uda Holdings Berhad, Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP), Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan Berhad (SJKP), the Advisory Board of Kuala Lumpur City Hall and other Minister of Finance (Incorporated) companies.

She started her career as Assistant Secretary of the Finance Division (Investment) at the Ministry of Finance in 1989. In 1998, she continued to serve as Assistant Secretary at the Finance Division (Privatisation) with the Ministry of Finance. Later on, she was appointed as the Principal Assistant Secretary of the Investment, MoF (Inc.) and Privatisation Division, Ministry of Finance. From here onwards, she played a massive role in the Government Investment Companies (GIC) Division at the Ministry of Finance as Head of Commercial Unit and Deputy Under Secretary before becoming the Under Secretary of GIC.

Datin Rashidah Mohd Sies holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) from Idaho State University, USA, a Master of Business Administration from US International University California, USA and a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN).

 


Dr. Mastura Abdul Karim

Dr. Mastura Abdul Karim was appointed to the Board on 8 July 2022. She is currently the Under Secretary of the Fiscal and Economics Division, Ministry of Finance. Presently, she sits on Investment Panel, EPF.

She started her career as the Assistant Director of the Economic Planning Unit at the Prime Minister Department in 1995. In 1997, she was later attached to Investment Division at the Ministry of Finance where she held the position of Assistant Secretary. She continued to serve for the Ministry of Finance in various esteemed positions and divisions until June 2017. From July 2017 until June 2019, Dr. Mastura was appointed as the Alternate Executive Director of Southeast Asia Voting Group, World Bank Group (WBG) in Washington DC.

After leaving the Washington DC, she undertook the position of Deputy Director of the Service Industry Division with the Economic Planning Unit. In September 2020, she made a return to the Ministry of Finance as Deputy Under Secretary (Commercial Sector), Government Investment Companies Division.

Dr. Mastura Abdul Karim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accountancy) from University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA, a Master of Business Administration majoring in Finance and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
