Juanita Rusmini Abdul Jalil
Principal Officer

Juanita was appointed as the Principal Officer of DanaInfra Nasional Berhad (DINB) in August 2026. She brings over more than 30 years of experience in finance, advisory, governance and project management across both public and private sectors. She currently sits on the Board of UJ Hotels and Resorts Management Services Sdn Bhd, Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad (PDNB) and Prokhas Asset Management Sdn Bhd. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Prokhas Sdn Bhd, Principal Officer of Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP) and Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan Berhad (SJKP).

She began her career in 1994 as a Renong Management Trainee with Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad (PLUS Berhad). Upon completing the programme, she held various roles in Human Resources, Internal Audit and Corporate Affairs, ultimately serving as Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs. In 2001, she joined Kinta Kellas PLC (now Opus Berhad) as Senior Manager, Corporate Services, where she oversaw accounting operations, financial policies and procedures, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring for the company and its Malaysian subsidiaries.

She joined Prokhas in May 2006 as Senior Manager, Special Projects Division, leading the implementation of an End-to-End Financing System (ETEFS) for a Government agency. She subsequently held a series of senior leadership positions, including Assistant General Manager, Financial Solutions (2009), Head of Finance & Advisory Division (2010), Head of Finance & Human Resource Division and Deputy General Manager (2010), General Manager (2012), Senior General Manager (2019), and Chief Operating Officer (2021).

Juanita holds a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Malaya and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom.
