Datuk Fazlur Rahman Zainuddin

Datuk Fazlur Rahman Zainuddin was appointed as the Principal Officer of DanaInfra Nasional Berhad (DINB) on 13 May 2024.

Fazlur Rahman is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Prokhas Sdn Bhd, a company under the Minister of Finance, Incorporated. He also serves as the Board Member of Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad (Danaharta) and the Principal Officer of Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP) and Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan Berhad (SJKP).

Fazlur Rahman started his career in 1990 as a trainee accountant and auditor at Helmore, Helmore & Co in London and later in tax advisory at Price Waterhouse Kuala Lumpur in 1993.

Fazlur held a variety of financial management roles in local and international corporations from the year 1995 until 2012, such as the NAZA Group of Companies from 2010 to 2012, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) from 2005 to 2010 and Shell Malaysia from 1995 to 2005.

Fazlur Rahman was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) from 2012 to 2018, and later as the Chief Strategy Officer from 2018 until November 2022.

Fazlur Rahman is qualified as an accountant and has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) United Kingdom since 1995. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
