Remission of Tax & Stamp Duty

DanaInfra has been granted the remission of tax and stamp duty under the following Loans Guarantee (Bodies Corporate) (Remission of Tax and Stamp Duty) Order:

  • (No. 3) Order 2012, effective 1 June 2012
  • (No. 3) Order 2014, effective 18 March 2014
  • Order 2016, effective 13 April 2016
  • (No. 5) Order 2018, effective 18 October 2018
  • (No. 3) Order 2020, effective 27 August 2020
  • (No. 3) Order 2023, effective 30 August 2023

Therefore, any tax payable by DanaInfra or any holders of the Sukuk or instruments issued by DanaInfra will be remitted in full.
