Remission of Tax & Stamp Duty

DanaInfra has been granted remission of tax and stamp duty under the Loans Guarantees (Bodies Corporate) (Remission of Tax and Stamp Duty) (No. 7) Order 2017 and the Loans Guarantees (Bodies Corporate) (Remission of Tax and Stamp Duty) Order 2023 which took effect on 2 October 2017 and 17 May 2023. With this, any tax payable by DanaInfra or any holders of the financial instrument issued by DanaInfra will be remitted in full.
