ICP/IMTN Programme

The ICP/IMTN Programme is made up of Islamic Commercial Papers (“ICP”) and Islamic Medium Term Notes (“IMTN”) of up to RM82.2 billion in nominal value irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by the Government of Malaysia. The tenure of the ICP is normally between 6 months to 12 months (short term) whilst IMTN tenure is from 3 years to 30 years (medium to long term). To meet the project funding requirement, DanaInfra has the option to issue either ICP or IMTN depending on the market condition closer to the issuance date.
