Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak (Phase 1) Project Financing Programme

The Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak (Phase 1) Project Financing Programme, which was established by DanaInfra in 2015, comprised the Islamic Commercial Papers and Islamic Medium Term Notes Programme (“ICP/IMTN Programme”) and Syndicated Islamic Revolving Credit with a combined limit of up to RM13.0 billion guaranteed by the Government of Malaysia. In May 2023, the ICP/IMTN Programme was upsized from RM13.0 billion to RM15.8 billion to meet the construction balance requirement. To date, DanaInfra has issued a total of RM13.78 billion IMTN.
